Annie has worked in ABA since 2015, and started her career as an RBT. She is originally from Texas and moved to Colorado in 2017. She attended New Mexico State University for her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and received her Master’s degree in ABA & Special Education from Ball State University in 2018.

She began her work with Atlas as a BCBA in Fall 2023, and has since grown into an administration role as Operations Manager in Spring 2024, and Clinical Systems Coordinator in January 2026.

Her favorite thing about ABA is its flexibility in application- She is an advocate for clinical representation in organization management and dedicates her time to improving the work experience for direct staff and BCBAs alike. In her free time she enjoys playing video games, listening to audiobooks, and walking her dogs, Olive and Tato.
