In-Home Services & Caregiver Training, BCBA - She/Her

Annie started her career in ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2015. She is originally from Texas and moved to Colorado in 2017. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New Mexico State University in 2015, her Master’s degree in ABA & Special Education from Ball State University in 2018, and became a BCBA in 2020.

She began her work with Atlas as a BCBA in Fall 2023, and has since grown with Atlas in many roles: Operations Manager in Spring 2024, Clinical Systems Coordinator in Fall 2025, and In-Home & Caregiver Training BCBA in Spring 2026.

Her favorite thing about ABA is its flexibility! She is an advocate for clinical representation in ABA administration, and is dedicated to improving the work experience for direct staff and BCBAs. In her free time she enjoys playing video games, listening to audiobooks, and walking her dogs.
